Can I change my plan?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any point. Certain features may not be available after you downgrade, but your data will not be lost.
Can I transfer account ownership?
You can sign up for the unlimited plan today and then later decide to transfer admin ownership to your manager or another resident in your building. Simply, downgrade your account and have your manager/resident upgrade their account to become the admin.
What payment types are accepted?
We accept most credit cards and for large building portfolios and larger organizations, we can support invoicing.
Can I integrate with 3rd party apps?

Can I control who has access to my building?
With the unlimited plan you can manage your building occupants, team and staff members and even remove members if needed. For more control like invite-only privileges, please contact our team about our custom features.
