Mycoop is dedicated to improving communication and collaboration between residents, owners, and managers of multi-unit buildings. A free, simple and easy-to-use content and communication hub helping foster conversation, community, and connection among people and the things that matter.
We launched mycoop as a prototype in 2013 shortly after hurricane "Superstorm Sandy" flooded half of New York City leaving over 800,000 residents without power and a means for keeping in touch with each other. Since launch, mycoop has grown to become a central hub for buildings around the world helping residents share content, plan projects and stay connected, helping to make mycoop the most widely-used residential communications application in history.
"Cooperation" is a part of our name and we believe that residents, owners, and managers can benefit from working together towards a shared outcome. This is ultimately why we created mycoop, so whether it is staying updated in case of emergency, planning a renovation or organizing a holiday party, everyone can participate and love where you live.

Be Inspired: We believe that everyone should have access to great ideas for doing things around the home. Ever wonder how to throw a holiday party with your neighbors? Or how to fix a leaky faucet? Some of the best ideas come from the people around you.

Be Inclusive: We believe that the more people talk to one another, the more great things will happen. For example, your old couch could be someone's new couch, your leaky faucet could become a building-wide renovation that could save everyone money. When more people are involved the possibilities are endless.
